Terms of Service — Timeline Tool (Gantt Chart from Google Sheets)

Short version: Use the tool for legitimate project planning. You own your spreadsheet data. Premium is a paid upgrade that you can cancel anytime; lifetime is a one-time purchase tied to a license key.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Timeline Tool application (the "Service") at https://baabullah.my.id/tools/timeline/, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

The Service lets you build, view, and export Gantt charts from tabular data, including data you paste, upload as CSV, or connect from a Google Sheets spreadsheet you own or have permission to access.

3. Accounts and Google sign-in

You may use free features without an account. Some features require signing in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account and for the activity that happens under it. You grant us permission to access the spreadsheets you explicitly choose to connect.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to store or process unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
You must not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service.
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you upload or connect.
You may only connect spreadsheets you own or have the right to access.

5. Premium, payments, and licenses

Subscriptions (monthly or yearly) are billed in advance through PayPal and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Lifetime is a one-time payment. You receive a license key that may be activated on a limited number of devices (default 3). The key is for your personal use and must not be shared.
We may revoke a license or account for abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.
Refunds are handled in accordance with PayPal's policies. Contact us within 14 days of a mistaken purchase for assistance.

6. Intellectual property

The Service software, design, and content belong to us or our licensors. Your data remains yours. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of either side's property.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that data will never be lost.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 6, 7, and 8) will remain in effect.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
